"The Floating Garden is an open circular walkway atop the Umeda Sky Building, a great
place to get views of Osaka, provided you are not afraid of heights. The building consists
of two 40-story towers that connect at their two uppermost stories, with bridges and an
escalator crossing the wide atrium-like space in the center. Very interesting
