New Year's eve, Plano, Texas

"Going to the Party Store on the last day of 2001, I decided to take my camera since I
figured we're all crazy before the New Year. Sure enough, most employees were wearing New
Year's hats.

"This was my first total-strangers Phoon request. First, I asked a worker who started to
pose and then with an embarrassed laugh, started searching for others to do it. After I
waited for what seemed an eternity, these two showed up and posed after I showed them how.
