"I flew out to New York City from California for the weekend to see a very dear friend,
James Monroe Iglehart, one of the stars, in a brand new Broadway musical, MEMPHIS! The
show rocked beyond belief! I mean how can it not with book by Joe DiPietro and music by
David Bryan (of Bon Jovi).

"Fun show fact: it was created at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts (where
I work) and it has taken it 9 years to get to Broadway. This is one of the many subway
posters advertising the show.
